“Another wonderful stay at this hotel. Beautiful historic hotel with excellent facilities, delicious food and impeccable service. Right across the road from the boardwalk into town and the pebble beach with clean water.”

“Whilst I would not call it a five star hotel. It is an excellent location and place to stay. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The place is clean. The food is great. The sea view from the room was excellent. The cigar lounge is an excellent spot. Breakfast is served hot with a few choices and made to your liking. We highly recommend this hotel”

“I loved the relaxed vibe, the friendly staff and the location right on the beach. It’s a bit retro, but in all the good ways. It was just lacking a seafront pool and a shower for the thermal spa. Fantastic food.”

“This hotel went beyond our expectations. On arrival met by friendly helpful staff. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and on ground floor as requested. The gardens are amazing. Dinner in restaurant was very enjoyable. There is ample free parking at the hotel and also has a spa (extra charge) attached.
Im not sure how far the nearest station was as we were there by car which enabled us to visit various places.
Every member of staff were helpul and friendly.
I wouldnt hesitate to revisit this...

“It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this.
The place itself is very stylish and well decorated.”
