“Property is new and some construction is ongoing. No receptionist or staff after hours. We did not realize that and arrived at the property at night. Got to sleep in our rental car. Reason given by staff that there was a lack of communication was when I reserved through Expedia my cell phone was not provided to them. Nice place. Units are individual tiny houses adjacent to the spa. Clean and maintained. Another negative is that they play elevator music on the property throughout the day and you...

“This place is great, the staff is great and very helpful. However, they do not provide soap to shower. Even the lowest 1 star roach motels provide soap. We had to use hand soap to shower with. The staff said the owner will not provide soap. After a little google search, the owner is a billionaire and owns a soap company. It is weird but take your own soap!!”
