“Clean room easy parking very handy to supermarket and shops”

“The unit was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. In particular we managed to do a few loads of washing through them and it was returned quickly, which was great. The TV in the second bedroom did not work and despite asking a number of times it was not fixed. There was not an electric blanket in the second bedroom but when asked it was provided quickly. The heat pump needs replacing but overall the facilities were very good for a short-term stay”

“Great place to stay and get away to. The staff were amazing and so helpful with my late check in nothing seemed too big for them. The location is also fantastic aswell you are able to walk 5mins and get to anywhere you need around the city. I would totally recommend!”

“Beautiful spot right on the beach. Perfect for walking along the waterfront. Close to to town; shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. Aquarium across the road. The room itself was clean and tidy and the spa was the perfect way to end the weekend.”

“Everything was very nice and clean, the room, grounds, very helpful and welcoming staff- The pool is not deep at all but great for a quick splash even in winter- nice temperature! We will definitely go back :-)”

“Not one that likes to be negative about our stay and I guess the price reflected what the room looked like. Everything was working, spacious rooms, plenty of storage. But the room is ready for an upgrade, bathroom sink all swelled up from water, plenty of stains in the furniture. One of the chairs needed repair as the seam was opening up. So all in all a 3 star rating from us.”

“The staff were lovely, offered to dry our washing free of charge. They were polite. Rooms were spacious, very clean and as promised a beautiful view of the water. Only downside, no lifts as we were on the third floor. It makes it hard when you have a person with a disability. We worked around it, but not everyone can. Overall a great place to stay”
