“Nice professional staff. Clean facility showing its age. The HVAC and refrigerator worked fine but were both loud. Limited continental breakfast. Fine for an overnight stay.”

“gorgeous place up in the woods. you wont see a neighbor or traffic. nice little brook out back with an excellent sound. Front porch rockin' chairs were a favorite. Franklin WV is 4 miles away with a few restaurants and groceries if you care. Kitchen was great and had all the necessary things. turn off all the lights and step outside at night and it is pitch black except for the stars. WIFI was very handy and TV had Samsung streaming apps.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights. The site was beautiful. However on one of the nights it got much colder than we planned, though emily was able to provide us a new heater the next day. Communication with Emily was beyond great. We absolutely would stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!!! ”

“This property is an old motel that needs some remodeling. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The management needs to provide upgraded pillows, a coffee maker and better directions on how to check in.”

“We were unfortunately sick most of our stay. The host, Shelly, was so amazing and even helped us find another rental nearby when we unexpectedly needed to stay in town another night. The place was cute and very well kept. The patio out back was so nice and peaceful. I plan on coming back and will definitely book here again. ”
