“Our a/c in our room didn’t work and the room was 77 degrees super hot. We called down to the front desk around 11pm when we got back from swimming and they said they’d send someone up. We waited 30-45 min and no one showed so had to call again and they apologized and said they’d try to get someone up. We were so tired from our day traveling. Or kids were super tired but couldn’t sleep in the heat. They sent maintenance up and he worked on it for a bit and told us to check about another room....

“We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains...

“This is truly a class apart hotel! Everything from Service to people to rooms to quality of linen bedding amenities is top notch! The attitude of service staff front desk is above and beyond. The bar space is one of the best decorated. We wana stay here every time!!! ”

“Property was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Biggest issue was that the property was LOUD. If anyone in the room used the tub/shower it was very loud in the room. Neighboring room’s TV could easily be heard through the wall. All doors slammed shut (no soft closers). Was hard to get comfortable with so much noise all through the night. Breakfast was average. Surrounding area had good dining options.”
