“What we did not like was, having booked for 3 people and actually paying extra for a larger room, finding upon arrival that the room had one bed only and was prepared for 2 people - only 2 of everything such as towels, water, chairs etc. The Hotel suggested we all share the one bed or required an additional.daily payment for a roll away camp bed for my son. Not a great or welcoming start.
Other than this, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Il servizio di pulizia e' un piccolo disastro se confrontato con gli standard europei, un giorno dimenticano gli asciugamani un giorno la pulizia della camera un giorno di rifornire il set per te e caffè , comunque servizio discontinuo. La posizione dell'hotel e' strepitosa si gode di una magnifica vista sulla baia la spiaggia e...

“My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached.”
“The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles...
