The Outer Cod is newly renovated in 2023. We are in a wonderful location with everything the cape has to offer within a short distance so you can have a perfect vacation!

The property is owned and managed by local owners who guarantee you will have a wonderful week on Cape Cod. It is located on a very quiet and wooded lot in a residential neighborhood. There is an in-ground heated saltwater pool with spacious pool deck and pool bar. There is ample outdoor living space with an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven to enjoy. There is a 3 season room with screens to enjoy the evening breeze. Open the backyard gate and away you go on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Minutes to bay and ocean beaches, it is the perfect spot to enjoy visiting Cape Cod.

Eastham is often referred to as the "Gateway" to the Outer Cape. It is isolated from the commercial and suburban areas, yet a short drive to Hyannis Port, the Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket ferry service, whale watches and hundreds of other Cape Cod attractions. Eastham is home to Cape Cod’s oldest working windmill, built in the 1680s.

Great pond is .1 miles away and Coast Guard Beach is 2.0 down the road.
Close encounter(bay beach) is a short 3 minute drive down the back roads.
An 8 minute walk on the bike trail to Arnold's Lobster and Clam bar.
Close to the Salt Pond Visitor Center museum and popular 1.5 mile Nauset Marsh trail. Eastham is a central location to explore all that Cape Cod has to offer.

The newly renovated kitchen has all new appliances, sink, countertops. We have a finished basement and plenty activities for adults and kids, including ping pong, fuseball, NFL Blitz video game, mini fridge and a 70 inch flat screen TV to enjoy. There is also a 3 season room with screens to enjoy the outdoors while being indoors! Eat in kitchen as well as a formal dining room to enjoy meals with friends and family. Your days can be spent relaxing at the beach, taking a Seal Tour in Chatham, Whale Watch in Provincetown, wine tasting at Truro Vineyards, and more —Cape Cod has so much to offer! Return home after a day at the beach to take an outdoor shower, jump in the heated pool and unwind with friends and family under the stars from the comfort of your own backyard. Cook dinner in the kitchen, on the grill, or use the brand new pizza oven. Other amenities include WiFi, SmartTV, central A/C, and washer/dryer.

We do not currently provide bikes - there is a bike rental place within walking distance of our home.
