This dog-friendly (with $100 fee per stay), two-bedroom cottage is in the peaceful setting of Cottage Grove Cottage Colony in Eastham. AC window units keep the cottage cool on the hottest of days and a deck backing up to a serene, wooded path is perfect for grilling out on the charcoal grill. With a comfortable queen bed and two twin beds, a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking at home, a living room with a large streaming Roku TV, and plenty of board games for entertainment, you and your family will have plenty of room for relaxing at the end of your adventurous day on the Cape.

Such a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. It was very clean and had all the charm that you would hope a cape cottage to have. The kitchen and space was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out here in the mornings and at night. The cottage grove is off a busy central street, but this cottage is tucked back and extremely peaceful. The location was perfect and made bopping around the area easy. We didnt end up biking, but is very close to the bike path. Andrei's instructions and local recommendations were very thoughtful and helpful. We are already looking forward to planning our next visit!

Wonderful property

Really lovely small cabin in great location. It was hot when we walked in, but opening windows and doors created a great cross breeze. Much cooler. When outside temp got unbearable, the AC units worked quickly. Fantastic communication with manager

Perfect

We loved this little house. It had a perfect vintage feel and smell, in all the best ways. It really took me back in time to when I would go to old school beach shacks with my grandparents and family. Bedding was comfortable, everything was clean. AC worked great. We traveled with 2 kids and a dog and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and First Encounter Beach is awesome for kiddos. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic little place to stay in a great location on the Cape. The host was extremely accommodating and their attention to detail was above and beyond. The Cabin had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Definitely planning on booking again in the future!
