The air conditioning was fine and worked well. The room was clean. The refrigerator was larger than normal, and looked new.However, the room phone was dead. There were no toiletries, like shampoo or soap, or a hairdryer. There was no TV remote in the room, but the front desk brought one when I asked. The only thing for breakfast was cereal, and there was no coffee.

This is my second time staying here. The front desk clerk is very nice. My first time there, there was no coffee and only cereal and milk. I asked if there would be coffee in the morning this time and he said yes, however, there was none. They claim free breakfast, but cereal and milk do not qualify, the room was clean, the bed was soft, they have a full size fridge and freezer and a big screen tv. The diverter on the tub/shower was spraying water, but nobody in the office when I checked out. Also, I cleaned up the water on the floor from the shower and the towel was very dirty. Maybe they forgot to mop it. The ice machine looked like it hasn’t worked in a while. I believe it was working when I was there in November. For a Budget Hotel, it’s worth the price.

Went to get the Continental Breakfast this morning. Lobby was in darkness. No coffee. Only cereal in the dispensers in the counter. This was at 7:45 so it’s not like I was late. No one in the office. While I was standing at the door of the lobby, the gentleman that had checked me in just got in his car and left, rather than checking to see what I needed.

I was hopeful about this property after reading the reviews but it was really just ok for the price. After 7 hours on the road, I was "greeted" by an older woman who could not communicate more than to point at a sign which said to call a number. Once I finally understood, the man on the other end told me I owed more money for my dog - another thing I love to hear when I'm road weary. Anyway.. room was enormous though not spotless (thick layer of dust on top of fridge and microwave, toilet was grimy, etc.) I checked for bed bugs and went to sleep shortly after, looking forward to the free breakfast to get me on the road in the morning. Well, even that was a joke. A marginal amount of cereal and bread is what I found in morning and no coffee other than the small cup I made in the room. I've noticed that many budget motels I've stayed in lately feel run-down or poorly maintained and this place was no exception.

The staff was helpful on check in, but the pillows were thin, towels small, no wifi password in the room, and continental break fast was only cereal and bread.

It is very clean, however, the TV was not working the whole time. When I called Expedia to see if I could change hotels, the owner hung up on Expedia. There are a lot of workers that stay at this hotel and probably the the best choice for a woman traveling alone.

Budget hotel, but worth it. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, full size fridge & big screen tv. The toilet was very low to the floor, so if you have a disability, ask for an ADA room. The breakfast was only cereal, milk and Sunny D. No coffee was made, so I made it in my room. Front desk clerk was nice. You can hear the traffic from I20, but I bring earplugs, so I was able to sleep. Well worth the price.

Don’t stay here !!!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs. Spend a little more. Front desk person very rude at check in Room dirty. No hair dryer. No hot water. No coffee n breakfast area in morning. And to top it off, I left a suitcase in the room by accident because I was in a hurry getting into an appointment in the morning didn’t realize it until mid afternoon. Call back to see if they could put it aside. I would come back to get the guy again is very rude and said no we are going to charge you for an extra day or throw away the suitcase with all the belongings, I found this extremely shocking he said they could not read the room because there was a suitcase on one of the beds of course they could’ve simply picked up the suitcase put it in the office and I would’ve picked it up there he said that they aren’t not allowed to rent a room. Something is left inside that’s ridiculous so if I let the toothbrush in there, they couldn’t rent the room. The place wasn’t full anyway I would not be surprised if there are bedbugs, roaches, etc.. The place is dirty. Spend a few extra dollars and stay in one of the other hotels in Eastland. Avoid this place at all. Cost bad customer service nasty rooms. Just a very very poor run outfit.
