“PERFECT stay at this new property. Was in Madison for a night to see a show at the Overture Center. This mid-range hotel was put together doing everything right. Free parking. Got checked in early with no problem. Room was great - quiet all evening and night, black-out shades, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, coffee (but no tea) in the room, min-frig, microwave. The shower had good water pressure. Bathroom mirror was WONDERFUL for makeup. HUGE TV. Free Wi-Fi. The bar in the lobby in the...

“NOT PET FRIENDLY EVEN THO WHEN I BOOKED MY ROOM IT SAID PET FRIENDLY THEY ARE NOT! This is FAULSE ADVERTISEMENT AND THIS IS ILLEGAL!! I DID NOT STAY THEY DENIED ME THE ROOM AND WONT REFUND MY MONEY!!! And my “pet” is ESA THAT YOU CANT DENY!!”

“Very spacious, clean, cool, and different. First time going there and it was perfect. Besides the pool being closed wen I really wanted to get in, it was still nice!!❤️”

“The location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby and a bus stop right outside the door. The room was clean but the pillows were really lumpy and not at all comfortable. My biggest complaint is that there wasn’t anywhere to store our clothes. A dresser or even a couple of shelves deep enough to hold folded clothes would have been a helpful addition. For more than a day or two it’s hard to live out of your suitcases”

“Reasonably clean. Lights in my room didn’t work. Most outlets didn’t work. Only bedside lamps were operational. Staff delivered a pedestal lamp with a dim bulb late in the night after raising issue with front desk 5 times. Breakfast was ok. I will avoid this particular property in the future. Maybe other properties under the hotel brand might be ok so I cannot comment on that.”
