“I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. “This is an older motel, but it was clean and comfortable. As with many older places, the biggest problem was finding electrical outlets to plug in phones etc . The property was close to the center of Cle Elum and a 25 minute drive from Ellensburg, so it was a convenient stay for us. No frills, but clean and adequate. Note that the train tracks are nearby, but didn't wake us up.”

“Well.... the only real disappointment was the smell of mildew as we opened the door which was shocking. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows did not look clean. Thankfully, I always bring my own pillow. They did have K cups in the lobby. So that was nice to have coffee. Whenever I wanted. The lobby was a nice place to play cards and hangout.”

“This is a good budget option. The rooms were large and comfortable. It would be an absolute perfect stop if the rooms had been cleaned a bit better. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better and the floors need to be mopped everyday so your feet don't turn black on the bottom. I always travel with airfreshener and clorox wipes so I can easily take care of anything I need. It isn't so bad that I would tell you to skip it. It is a great value but you might want to clean a couple of things...
