“I've stayed at this property before because it's quiet, clean and has a good breakfast. I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for.”

“Hello i stay for the weekend . The room wasn’t to clean mirror was dirty floor needed clean toilet with a carpet cleaners the bathtubs need remolded had cracks all in there . They only gave me towels no rags no body soap only shampoo the walls need scrubs down had mold on then and the mini fridge wasn’t clean neither”

“We stayed at Drury Inn for 1 night while in Columbus for a concert. It was perfect. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Location was about a 15 minute walk to Kemba Live!. The free breakfast was very good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. Exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had a great stay.”
