“The host was welcoming and stayed in touch. Great location to the shops and restaurants. I didn't like that I had to sign another rental agreement in addition to the VRBO rules. It was about 5 page and basically absolved the owners of everything and made you responsible for everything. I have never had to do this with any other rental I have done through VRBO. “We have stayed in this cottage several times before when it was managed by the Port Inn. Nothing has changed, as far as we can tell, except ownership and management. The unit itself is very clean, and well stocked. It would have been nice to have a Keurig machine, but our fault for not asking.
