“The location of the property and the staff were great. They were very accommodating and polite. No issues there at all. The building itself though is lacking.
It's obviously older, which is fine, but it has not been updated as it should. The biggest issue was the HVAC system that can either be set on AC or Heat for the entire building--it's not individualized per room. When we stayed, it was the first mild day in March, so the "heat" setting was still on even though outside was warm. So, the...

“The bathtub didn't have and slip resistant mat and I slipped while getting in and out of the tub. I let the front desk know. Also, the toilet didn't work on our last day so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. I was told there was no one available on Sunday to fix it. ”
