“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“My stay was during the winter storm on Jan 25.
It was a wonderful stay!! All - really all - of the staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly! The breakfast was beyond expectations! Waffles were the best! The Manager was checking in with guests to make sure we were taken care of if we needed anything. And he was very appreciative of his team:). Oh and the bar was great and also very friendly! Food was outstanding.”

“Il giudizio è condizionato da un aspetto importante, che però non riguarda tutti: l’occupazione della stanza da parte di tre adulti: inaccettabile.
Al di là del fatto che il sofà bed non era preparato, ho dovuto chiedere lenzuola, cuscino e federa perché nemmeno mi sono stati proposti. Una volta arrivati in stanza, riscontro che tale divano, oltre che molto sporco, è totalmente inadeguato per l’accomodamento di un adulto: materasso inconsistente su una struttura esile. Ti senti le molle...
