Nuova Casa Moderna Con Splendida Vista dell'acqua

Questa deliziosa e nuova casa situata a Eastsound sull'isola di Orcas è moderna, pulita e piena di luce, dispone di soggiorno al piano principale con camera da letto principale (letto king-size) e bagno sullo stesso piano del soggiorno, della sala da pranzo e della cucina. E 'a due passi fino al portico anteriore dal vialetto di livello. Al piano inferiore troverete una sala TV, con un letto queen-size divano letto, una seconda camera con due letti singoli un posto vicino al finestrino comodo, più un bagno completo. C'è anche due futon fold-up per gli ospiti più piccoli che si potrebbe desiderare di dormire vicino. La separazione dal piano principale al piano inferiore è molto accomodante per le persone che vogliono un po 'di privacy da altri ospiti. O semplicemente po 'di tranquillità a se stessi. Tutte le camere hanno vista sull'acqua, compreso il bagno se lasciate la porta aperta. :-)

Perfect Stay on Orcas

Tina’s house had everything we needed for a perfect stay on Orcas. The kitchen was well-stocked and organized and everything was spotlessly clean. The three of us were so comfortable here. I especially appreciated having plenty of towel racks in the bathrooms, something that not all rentals offer. The view was spectacular, and we loved being able to enjoy it from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Such a treat! Tina’s communication was excellent, with helpful emails ahead of time, such as her instructions about the ferry (you must have a reservation!). I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house.

Scenic Eastsound Stay

Tina was an excellent host and our stay in Eastsound was amazing. We walked to town several times, and Eastsound is not a far drive from West Beach public access, Moran State Park, Turtleback Mountain Preserve, etc. The property has great views and it was nice to sit on the deck in the mornings and evenings when we got back.

Spectacular views. Feeling of being on top of a mountain. Close to town. Didn't like the driveway area Need to create a little more space on the other side of road and some tall yellow poles in front of electrical boxes Need to add hand rail on side of steps. I am surprised inspector allowed that to pass.

Scenic View

The house looked just like the photos, complete with a water view from the upper level. Bed was comfortable. The road up to the house took a little getting use to. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Perfect spot

Location is great. Right next to Eastsound. Drive up the hill to the house is a bit steep and gravelly, but we were able to get a Prius up there easily. View from the house is fantastic. Hoping to stay again in the future.

Beautiful & Well-Appointed Orcas Home Base

We stayed at this property in February 2025 with an 8-month old baby and found it incredibly suited to our needs. It was easy to find from the ferry, very conveniently located near downtown Eastsound and all of the restaurants and shops, and extremely well outfitted. We had everything needed to cook, store and reheat food. The house had books for our little ones and puzzles for mom & dad. There were umbrellas, beach towels, and all of the cleaning supplies needed to keep up with a baby on the move. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and the view each morning was stunning. This home is right on the flight path for incoming seaplanes, and we enjoyed tracking their arrivals from the kitchen windows. Excellent stay! Great for a family who will spend a decent amount of time at home in between exploring the island(s).

What A View!

Location was the perfect home base for exploring Orcas Island! The house worked well for two couples, but would also be great for a family with children. There are toys, games, and even a pack-n-play crib. The kitchen was well equipped including some standard spices and olive oil. The house was spotlessly clean, and communication with host was excellent. Saving the best for last - the view is spectacular!

Excellent in every way!!

Home was very clean, thoughtfully well appointed with quality cooking and household items, games/toys for children, and matched the property description perfectly. We loved our stay and would love to return again! Location is a 7-minute walk to Eastsound for easy access to town. Communication with owner before our arrival was always great, and we appreciated the helpful suggestions for meals, activities, sights, etc. while we visited.
