Questa casa su misura di recente costruzione è circondata da 25 acri di collina boscosa, ma è molto vicino ai negozi, ai ristoranti e alle comodità di Eastsound Village.

Gli ospiti discriminanti apprezzeranno i dettagli squisiti, le finiture superiori e la meticolosa costruzione di The Bridges. La casa è perfettamente adatta a più coppie o famiglie allargate in quanto offre quattro deliziose camere da letto, due per ogni livello.

Ci sono due zone giorno, una al piano superiore e una al piano inferiore, ognuna con TV a schermo piatto e camino a parete.

Forse alcuni nel gruppo saranno accanto al fuoco per guardare film al piano di sopra mentre altri si siedono accanto al fuoco al piano di sotto per guardare un evento sportivo. Ci sono anche due cucine completamente attrezzate - e sale da pranzo / aree, che consentono di preparare pasti meravigliosi per il gruppo oltre a offrire aree private per la colazione o uno spuntino di mezzanotte quando la gente ha orari diversi.

Il ponte coperto superiore è accogliente e accogliente sia in caso di pioggia che di sole. Inoltre, c'è un patio coperto e un pozzo del fuoco appena fuori dal livello inferiore. Coloro che desiderano una maggiore separazione possono anche scegliere di chiudere le porte nella parte superiore e nella base della tromba delle scale, creando un vero effetto "duplex".

Perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much! This property was spacious, updated, well maintained, clean and had everything we could possibly want. 2 fully stocked kitchens and plenty of towels and linens. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent home

Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. Great location near Eastsound off the main road. We used the upstairs and downstairs, which are pretty similar spaces each with living room, bath, laundry, and 2 bedrooms. Worked great for 2 families. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nicely decorated and in good shape. Nice easy to use gas fireplace in the living rooms to stay cozy in the eveings. We didn't use the kitchen much but seemed to be pretty well equipped. We all noted that the space isn't very bright, which is the price of being surrounded by some beautiful tall trees, but there are many lights and wall switches.

Rude and unprofessional host inaccurate listing

Location great. House is very roomy though a bit musty smelling. Only one broken fire pit which we were informed should not have been used even though advertised two fire pits. We ended up getting charged extra for cleaning oven and garbage. We had only normal use and went out of our way to wash sheets towels kitchen. If you have a large group there will be equivalent trash which was all put in the trash area. Also plan to trek your belongings up a few flights of stairs which is left out of the listing.

Great house

Great house, close to town (Eastsound). Had everything we needed except salt and pepper. 1st and 2nd floors are identical floor plans which made it great for 2 couples that each wanted king beds and a little privacy. Owners were unobtrusive but available.

Gorgeous house

This house is beautiful and so well made. All high-end appliances and finishes. The layout is perfect for 2 families. Love the separated upstairs and downstairs spaces. You are tucked in the trees with a little view of the water. The street traffic below is noisier than we liked but it didn’t keep us from enjoying the balconies. Also didn’t find any coffee or cooking products so make sure to bring your own. They were plenty of utensils and appliances etc though

Very Nice …

The house is pretty much perfect. Clean, well decorated/layed out, supplied, organized and location is spot on. You have options to many indoor or outdoor seating to retreat to having your own space or lounging about with who you’re traveling with. All the bedrooms are cozy and are supplied about the same. The only draw back I saw was getting to the house. Driveway/parking area is below the house. You will need to haul your bags UP to the house. Which is a lot if your staying a week and have 3 bags pre-person. Or have ANY medical limits (at the time I had a broken ankle & was in a boot). Although in the property description it does mention rocky stairs. Take into consideration you’ll be ready for a chilled beverage after you unload the car. And if coming home late…. It’s DARK! Over all - the house is lovely. I’d stay again. We had everything we needed. It was close to town, not noisy, trees kept you nestled in with wildlife (mamma doe & fawn) walking about property, hummingbirds buzzing and the whispers above from the branches. Very relaxing…. Ya just gotta get there😉

Gorgeous weekend getaway spot

What a beautiful home! Worked as a great spot to sleep, eat and lounge for a long girls weekend on Orcas. Four beautiful bedrooms w comfy beds. Two entire kitchen and living room sections. Could easily accommodate two families instead! Fantastic home w beautiful style and convenient amenities. There are somewhat steep stairs to enter, so not for the handicapped or terribly infirmed, but totally manageable even w a bum foot. Hosts were great communicators and so lovely!

Island Adventure

The property was first rate, well kept, centrally located. There is a good deal of traffic noise during the daytime, as the house is on the main road from the ferry landing to Eastsound, but traffic quieted down in the evening, never affecting our sleep. It was ideal for our group of eight adults. There are two distinct living areas with fully equipped kitchens, as such the upstairs could be rented by one group of four while the downstairs could be another separate group, with the stairs locked off. Or in our case, the stairs were opened and we used the whole house.

Beautiful tree house

This well designed beautiful home was perfect for our family group of 8. The kitchen is well equipped; we had everything we could possibly need- all essentials! Comfortable beds and bedding, outdoor seating on two levels. We enjoyed the fire pit! The location is good, walkable to town but I wouldn’t have been comfortable doing so due to traffic. We would love to come back.
