Hotel a Eastwood

“Pur avendo pagato in anticipo per 2 stanze e 6 persone, al nostro arrivo abbiamo preso atto che le stanze non c'erano: secondo la receptionist avremmo dovuto dormire in 4 in un letto! Abbiamo dovuto andare a cercare un altro Hotel alle 20!”

“The room was spacious especially for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The parking was great!”

“clean room but microwave was rusty and corroded inside. Told front desk that it was no need to replace it because I wasnt going to use it anyway. The refrigerator was clean. Bathroom sink and tub had some a few leftover hairs in them. Room smelled a little smoky but I sprayed lysol in air conditioner and on the curtains to refresh the air and room. Staff nice and courteous. aHad some troubles with the remote which according to the front desk was the wrong one. This particular stay was average...

“l'albergo è grande, pulito e con tutte le comodità-il personale disponibile. unica pecca la impossibilità di alzare la temperatura della camera (veramente troppo freddo abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche delle coperte per la notte dopo) ed il parcheggio che non è riservato ai clienti”

“This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate.”

“You can’t beat the price. This place is clean and the location is alright. It’s close enough to the casinos and my favorite part is that they allow dogs.”

“It was good overall can’t complain about much! Satisfied with the stay overall!”

“Staff and Paradise Cafe wonderful. Our room did not have a working tv, faucet knob came off, dirty snd stained sheets, mildew on shower. Voiced my comments to staff and they understood. I plan to personally write to Bally staff in Rhode Island. Casino had a whole 3rd floor empty. I have gone to Bally casinos for over 50 yrs and won’t return until things change.”

“The place hasn't been renovated in a long time; there's rust in the bathroom, and the refrigerator and microwave are old. Plus, there's a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel.”

“Staff was outstanding and very helpful and very courteous. Cannot say enough about how easy it was to communicate with them. Breakfast was the best I have had in years. My compliments to the chef.”

“Se siete in viaggio per gli USA, passando per Shreveport, potete tranquillamente dormire al Travelodge. Si tratta di un motel vero e proprio con le camere che danno sul parcheggio delle auto. La nota negativa è che siete a ridosso della strada statale quindi si sente un po' di rumore anche la sera. I pregi sono sicuramente il prezzo e la pulizia. Nella sostanza buon rapporto qualitá prezzo per una sosta.”

“No one to help has. Couldn’t get in. 4 phone calls no help. Turned around and left.”

“The hotel was fine there were no problems with it. The only problem I had was not being able to sleep due to the other customers running through the hallways yelling hitting things and being very loud until about 3 am. I understand some ppl may be there to have fun but they should have enough courtesy to respect others and keep the noise to a minimum.”
