“The bathrooms smell like backed up sewage”

“We request our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. The pool was cold. The restaurant was really nice. Overall great atmosphere. We requested extra towels and coffee to the room which they brought. There were no towels available at the pool. Great location. Clean and cozy hotel. Overall really good.”

“Room was not stocked with essential items such as toilet paper or shampoo. Hotel was noisy late at night. Breakfast was subpar and the desk staff was not knowledgeable on check out procedures.”

“Be careful with the locks on the doors and make sure the doors pulled completely closed. Accidentally walked in to the wrong room and I’ve noticed that the locks need to be double checked. I like the full fridge. I’d like the two burner stove, but you need to either buy or bring your own utensils to cook with and eat on. Great location grocery store across the street several restaurants close by place to get your nails done also and a car wash! I stay here every week for work have reached...

“Our room seemed to have been updated. We were wanting to watch the Stanley Cup Finals after 4 long days at the hospital and they didn’t carry any of the major channels. ABC!! We also had to pay a $100 deposit that may or may not be refunded n 3-5 working days! This was not advertised in the cost of the room. Breakfast was not served until 8:00.”

“The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...
