Billie-property manager- was extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiries and requests. We are very sensitive to light and the security system had a bright light in bedroom - Billie worked with ADT to try to resolve for us late in the evening which we really appreciated. “We stayed for three nights and wished it was longer! This home sits right on the edge of Lake Alder. Occasional boats and fisherman come and go, and it is very quiet and peaceful. We brought paddle boards to use, and also used one of the ones supplied by the owner. The home worked well for three of us. “The rv/ camper was great and clean . You do have to go up the owners driveway to get to the camper . So not much parking space and it is located directly on their property, not a neighboring property. So doesn’t leave much room for privacy. Which I was not expecting , but hosts are great , the camper is clean and stocked . It is located walking distance from most everything in town . ”
