Spacious family friendly home with a heated indoor pool

Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home! Located in residential Eau Claire, this property is perfect for a fun family getaway complete with an indoor heated pool.

Main Level:
The main level includes a fully-stocked kitchen, dishwasher, wine cooler, stool seating at the counter and a cozy dinette. The kitchen boasts all new appliances making cooking a breeze!

Located around the corner from the kitchen is a laundry room and bedroom with a queen sized bed.

Up a few steps is the 900 square foot main living area. This area includes two couches, one loveseat, chase lounge, electric fireplace, and 65” smart TV. Also in the living area is a large dining table that seats 6 comfortably with room available for more. This area is great for playing cards/games or crafting with a large group of people.

Down the hallway is a full bathroom that has access to the pool. This bathroom includes locker storage for your items while you swim.

The Pool:
Enjoy the highlight of the house, an indoor heated pool!! Perfect for all to splash and play! The pool can be accessed from the kitchen or hallway. Indoor access points have locking doors and alarms available for your use. Pool is 4 feet deep, no diving. Please read safety and care rules prior to swimming for a safe and enjoyable experience. Pool room includes table/chair set and many pool floats/toys.

The Patio:
Connected to the pool room is a private outdoor patio. This space is great for grilling out or sitting around a gas fire pit in the evenings. Patio not available in winter.

The Upstairs:
The upstairs includes three bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed, an electric fireplace, and a master bathroom complete with a soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms include bunk beds (twin bed on top, full bed on the bottom, and twin trundle bed that can be pulled out for use). One kid’s room includes a secret reading room! A full bathroom with shower completes the upstairs space.

The Lower Level:
The lower level is made up of a theater room, area for board games/cards, and a half bath. This area also includes a daybed and futons for resting.

Wonderful place to stay
We had to come last minute for a funeral and, due to Jazz Fest, nothing smaller was available that was pet friendly. So we booked this house, which we have always been curious about. Although it was a bit large for 2 of us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host, Karen, was always available and answered almost immediately when I had a question. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated with so much provided for guests to use. We would recommend it in a heartbeat. I would definitely consider booking again if my daughter, adult grandkids and I come for a summer visit.

Beach Vibes
Great second stay at this awesome swim friendly property! Very CLEAN! Decor is fun! Abundantly stocked kitchen! Great spaces to gather and spaces to relax! I’m not good with stairs so the Grandparents could stay on the main level with all the amenities for a great family gathering!

Wonderful Stay
House is amazing, plenty of space for our whole group. Pool was the highlight, but everything couldn't have been better. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels and pool toys! Definitely want to come back :)

Family Time
We loved our time at Karen’s house so much last year we had to come back this year. Our family had an amazing weekend staying at Karen’s house again this year. Karen is AMAZING! The house is perfect for all 14 of us. We had room to spend time as a family and room far enough away if the little ones needed quite time. The house is very clean and very well stocked. Like last year 5 stars are just not enough for Karen and her team.

An absolute gem -- perfect!
My family, my mom, and my sister's family all stayed this weekend -- and we absolutely loved our time. The house was extremely clean and clearly a lot of work went into making everything look so nice. The place had everything we needed and several "extras" -- a defogging mirror, lockers, a hotel-like Roku that erases your subscription logins after you checkout, a *ton* of kitchen appliances, brand new washer/dryer, etc. The pool was warm and offered our young girls endless fun. The place is near the Eau Claire campus, which was really convenient. I haven't been to EC in over a decade, so it was amazing all the entertainment and dining options that have sprung up. Communication with the host was great as well -- she responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again!

Great Family Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this amazing house! Everything was just as the add says & more. Perfect winter getaway with little ones who love to swim.The pool had everything we needed. The house was big enough that we all could enjoy our stay. The movie theater was a great place for the kids to escape for some quiet time. Karen answered all of my questions prior to our stay, great host! Thanks so much for offering your beautiful home for our family getaway! We would love to come again!
