Wonderful place to stay
We had to come last minute for a funeral and, due to Jazz Fest, nothing smaller was available that was pet friendly. So we booked this house, which we have always been curious about. Although it was a bit large for 2 of us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host, Karen, was always available and answered almost immediately when I had a question. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated with so much provided for guests to use. We would recommend it in a heartbeat. I would definitely consider booking again if my daughter, adult grandkids and I come for a summer visit.

Beach Vibes
Great second stay at this awesome swim friendly property! Very CLEAN! Decor is fun! Abundantly stocked kitchen! Great spaces to gather and spaces to relax! I’m not good with stairs so the Grandparents could stay on the main level with all the amenities for a great family gathering!

Wonderful Stay
House is amazing, plenty of space for our whole group. Pool was the highlight, but everything couldn't have been better. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels and pool toys! Definitely want to come back :)

Family Time
We loved our time at Karen’s house so much last year we had to come back this year. Our family had an amazing weekend staying at Karen’s house again this year. Karen is AMAZING! The house is perfect for all 14 of us. We had room to spend time as a family and room far enough away if the little ones needed quite time. The house is very clean and very well stocked. Like last year 5 stars are just not enough for Karen and her team.

An absolute gem -- perfect!
My family, my mom, and my sister's family all stayed this weekend -- and we absolutely loved our time. The house was extremely clean and clearly a lot of work went into making everything look so nice. The place had everything we needed and several "extras" -- a defogging mirror, lockers, a hotel-like Roku that erases your subscription logins after you checkout, a *ton* of kitchen appliances, brand new washer/dryer, etc. The pool was warm and offered our young girls endless fun. The place is near the Eau Claire campus, which was really convenient. I haven't been to EC in over a decade, so it was amazing all the entertainment and dining options that have sprung up. Communication with the host was great as well -- she responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again!

Great Family Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this amazing house! Everything was just as the add says & more. Perfect winter getaway with little ones who love to swim.The pool had everything we needed. The house was big enough that we all could enjoy our stay. The movie theater was a great place for the kids to escape for some quiet time. Karen answered all of my questions prior to our stay, great host! Thanks so much for offering your beautiful home for our family getaway! We would love to come again!

Amazing vacation!
This is our third stay at this great "tropical" getaway! It was below zero outside but we were perfectly comfortable inside splashing in the pool and having fun! It was great, and we'll be back! Thanks so much for another fantastic stay!

Excellent Getaway!
We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and decorated beautifully for the Christmas holiday. The kids barely left the pool and the collection of pool toys (and towels) were appreciated by all. It was a perfect place for a getaway with a few families with kids (ages 4-9) to enjoy. This is an incredible find - We will be back!

Excellent vacation home away from home
This house had everything we needed and more! There was ample space for everyone to be comfortable, and the pool was of course a hit. We did quite a bit of cooking whilst there and were left wanting for nothing in the kitchen. We had to reach out to the host twice - once about a damaged plate and once when swimsuits were left in the dryer during checkout - and both times the host responded quickly. Our only complaint is a minor one - we thought the description mentioned a hot tub or jetted tub, but the lack of either did not detract from our stay in the end. We definitely hope to be back!

Another amazing holiday celebration!
This was the second year my family celebrated our family Christmas and again it did not disappoint! This is such an amazing home which has everything you need for your stay! We swam, ate, watched holiday movies, opened gifts, napped and played games with plenty of room and space for all! Thank you Karen for opening your home to us! The memories made are priceless. We will be back again next year!

More than expected
Totally a special place that has more than anyone could want. For our family Thanksgiving gathering I only borrowed a gravy bowl from our EC daughter. Cooked the entire meal using this home’s pots, pans and utensils. Enough plates and silverware for an army. The Holiday decoration is outstanding. I brought spices but only needed half. Home is complete and the hostess answered my queries fast and complete. Best rental I have ever stayed at over many years. Thank you for such a special place. See you again😊👍

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

Perfect for a Girls Weekend
My friends and I stayed in the home for 3 nights. We loved that it was centrally located to everything in Eau Claire. The space was clean and functional and larger than it looked in the photos. Several commented that it would be a great place to visit with kids. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Karen!

Girl's weekend
Tthis place was AWESOME! It was above and beyond what we expected. They kitchen was equipped with just about every appliance and gadget you would need. Very nice kitchen to work in. The beds were so comfortable! Bedrooms are vary spacious. Home was well supplied with necessity paper products. You did not want for anything. Tons of towels provided. Then there is the pool. Pool and pool room were great. Lots of floaty toys for us girls to play with. Pool located right off kitchen was great. Deck off the pool with a fire pit was nice also. I am sure I missed some of the things we liked. We have tented many VRBO for our girl's weekend over the last15 years. We all thought this was the best yet.

Another Wonderful Stay
This is our second time staying at this house and this time we had additional family staying with us. The house was well equipped for all of us and has a lot of space. Everyone loved the pool area and the teenagers loved the theater space in the basement. The dinning room table worked great for large meals and family board games. All of the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows. There are lots of extra towels and beach towels which was also very nice. It is also a great benefit that we can bring our corgi with to this house! We will definitely look at staying here in the future. Overall it was another wonderful stay!

Bachelorette Weekend Perfection
The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. The pool is absolutely amazing. Karen was lovely, and very accommodating when we asked to check in a bit early to decorate. Also, a couple girls left bathing suits behind, and she is kind enough to be sending them to me. I have never rented a place that was so incredibly STOCKED. We had 8 people staying in the house, and more towels than we could have ever used. The location is great as well. It was easy to find, and so simple/cheap to Uber back and forth from the downtown bar area. This place was perfect for our fun bachelorette weekend.

Family wedding weekend
We stayed here the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. It comfortably accommodated the 6 adults and 4 children in our group. We had some extras join us on the patio one night. Having the indoor pool was amazing, providing lots of entertainment for everyone. It was a super kid friendly place. After swimming the kids watched shows in the theater room. It is in a very convenient location right off Hwy 53. The kitchen was very well stocked for easy meal prep. We would definitely consider returning.

Eau Claire Wedding Weekend
We had 7 adults and two grandchildren for the weekend. The house is very well equipped to handle a large group. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. We made good use of the pool, fun for all ages. The outdoor patio is very nice and accommodating. We were in town for our niece's wedding. We have family (brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews) scattered throughout the country. All were able to stop by and visit for a few hours in the evening. We needed to have a babysitter for the two toddlers that were with us. Entrances to the pool can be locked, so we did not have to worry about the children around the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! **Please send this next comment to Karen ONLY, and do not post it: Karen - there is a bee/wasp(?) nest on the patio railing that extends out from the house. My husband was able to locate some spray that you had, and he did spray it. A number of bees wee killed, but we still had some flying around. **Also, bracelet has been found - thank you for looking!!

Private hotel vibes!!
Our family (4 year old and 1 year old) wanted to extend our time in Eau Claire simply to have more time at this house! Tons of living space, fully stocked (towels, pool toys, kitchen necessities, baby stuff for swimming and sleeping and feeding times, kid items), so clean and modern - and the pool was absolutely the best part of our stay. Happy kids, and happy parents!

The host provided everything… pool toys and beach towels… kitchen had all needs crock pots, zip lock bags, cork screw and a few paper plates. Theater room was large and enough seating for our group (3adults and 5 children).. if you have any favorite dvd movies you should consider bringing them… the movie library was a bit limited .. bathrooms were spotless and the beds comfy… we would definitely consider returning here!!

11 girls + 1 mom stayed for an awesome bachlorette party weekend. The pool was large and warm with towels galore. The deck off the pool with a fire pit table was perfect in the evening, and overall the house was beautiful with plenty of space that worked well for our group.

Amazing stay for our son's graduation from UWEC
Our son graduated and we were traveling from out of town. We wanted our parents (two whom have mobility issues) to be able to share this occasion without the stress of travel and staying in an unfamiliar place. This place was perfect and the accommodations were spectacular. Myself, husband, kids, parents and in-laws all had plenty of room. We loved sharing meals together with the fully stocked kitchen and large outdoor patio, and the kids had a blast in the pool. Thanks for help making this life moment so special, as we were able to share it with those who may not have made the trip otherwise. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Ultimate Waterpark with Benefits!
Our stay was awesome! The pool was warm and wonderful with fun toys and thirsty towels. The extremely well equipped kitchen made our Easter meal prep a breeze! Sleeping/Restroom arrangements met our needs perfectly. We also used the sunny patio, theater room, large dining room table, and the kids loved the picnic table and toy nook!
