“To start the hotel doesn’t have an elevator!! They put us on the 3rd floor and we had bags form traveling for college drop off, plus obviously not ADA accessible. The stairs are required everywhere. The bedding has hair on it and the towels has stains. The sink also backed up as soon as you turned on to even wash your hands. Super noisy between the rooms as well and people up making noise throughout the night. Would not recommend or stay there again, would rather lay the high prices for a better...

“Room 229 had a leaking ceiling. You could see the spackle spot from where they tied to fix it better but over night around 1am when someone took a shower on floor 3 the ceiling in the bathroom started to leak. Dripping water into the bathroom light fixture, onto the floor and on the carpet. The staff was nice to move us to room 224, but they really need to figure out what the issue is. Staff said it is because of customers not knowing how to put their shower curtain, but it seems more like a...

“We were going to take my 18 year old to college to penn State. My 18 uear old arrived 30 minutes ahead of us. I told her to check in. It clearly States 18 years and over can check in. They would not let her That was not ok.”

“The rooms were descent and clean enough and no bugs that I saw. I would not use the tea/coffee machine though. Staff were professional and friendly, and the continental breakfast was a very nice touch. Was in the area for the Sci-fi Valley con and the location was near enough to the convention.”

“My only issue was the lighting in the bathroom, Could be brighter. Us women have to put on our makeup.”
