“パシフィコ横浜に近く、新しくてきれいなホテルだと思います。朝食はそれなりに良かったと思いますが、ホテル周辺に飲食店がまったくなく、夜遅い時間の到着で隣のスーパーの閉店時間ぎりぎりで少し買うことができる程度でした。周辺にレストラン等がないことは、予約時にもう少しわかりやすく示してほしかったと思います。また、アメニティは豊富で良いのですが、ノンカフェインなのがあるのかどうかわかりやすいようににしていただければと思いました。良くも悪くも現代的なホテルという感じでした。”

L'hotel so trova non lontano dall'Aereoporto di Haneda ma il suo forte e nell'accoglienza da parte del personale. Il personal della reception oltre ad essere cordiale ed accogliente si é reso disponibile per dare informaziono in maniera dettagliata, dimostrando un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.”
