“Nice staff and rooms, but the communal parts of the property are quite dated. The pool wasn’t open during our stay due to heating issues which we were emailed about a week before but by then we had already booked excursions from Isle of Mull, ferries and travelled from far so it was too late for us to change all of this and we’d loose to much money. We were also surprised that you had to book a slot for the hot tub which was cleaned every other hour and completely emptied every three days...

“This was our first visit to the West Highlands and we were not disappointed. A beautifully maintained resort within a spectacular setting. We had planned to visit the islands during the week but found so much to do locally we decided to save the islands for a future visit. We particularly enjoyed the local walks from the resort which we purchased from reception for £1 on arrival. “This is the second time we have stayed in walled garden.cottage no. 2. My two grandchildren love it but.I think maybe it could.do with a.wee freshen.up. On the other hand I cannot praise your customer service highly enough, especially one of your reception staff named Alwyn. She was the nicest , most helpful lady I have ever come across. I will definitely be back .”
