“We loved the house and all of its charm. The view was amazing. Loved watching the freighters on their way to/from the Locks. We were there during both hot days (85) & cold (40). The ceiling fans kept the place very comfortable during the heat & the furnace kept us cozy when the weather turned. Great location with an amazing view! Convenient to gas, places to eat, groceries, and more. Host was responsive & helpful. We would love to return again!”

“Black Pearl has to be the best spot to stay in Paradise! It’s unassuming from the outside, but cozy and filled with everything you need on the inside! Fully equipped up-to-date kitchen, open to living area with comfy couch, tv, warm electric fireplace/heater and kitchen table. Separate bedroom also has an electric fireplace/heater with comfy bed. “Large house with lots of room! We are a family of 7 and there was definitely room for more. The views are great and falling asleep with the windows open listening to the waves was perfect! The house is under a bit of construction but we didn’t mind, nothing that prevents you from living life normally. The yard is in need of a clean up but again nothing that prevents you from living life. The beach is beautiful!!”

“Place was very clean, had everything anyone could want or need! Communication A+++! Took 2 side by sides and parked in garage at night. Only downfall is to be legal you have to trailer wheelers 2 miles down road to trail head. Was not a big deal to us. If on snowmobiles this would not be the case. Super place with super hosts!!”
