“Staff went overboard to make my stay great”

“The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom door is see through, the sink drain was packed so drained very slow, and we lost our power after having 2 hair tools going. But the staff were quick to fix it. Just unconvinced at the time.”

“The front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The pool was smaller. My son loved the waterside but my toddler daughter had a tough time playing in the pool as it was so full and splashy.”

The restaurant was great and the server was wonderful—personable yet professional. And of course the convenience for catching an early morning flight could not be beat!”

“Staff was very friendly and upbeat - my mom really enjoyed conversing with the breakfast staff, as she was normally there pretty early, before anyone even woke up, so enjoyed the interaction. The waffles were bomb, you need to try the berry one, ask a staff member if you get stuck, or are unsure how to make the waffle ! Was a little thrown off that there were no slippers available in room however saw a staff member carrying them in the elevator, didn't bother asking about it, as i didn't see...
