“We absolutely adored our stay. We had stayed here before while using Banos as a central hub for our travels, so we were excited to stay here again. We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept. The staff are fantastic and kind, we did a few excursions this time including rafting and hiring bikes to do the waterfall trail. “This hotel was perfect for our family trip to Ecuador to attend my daughter’s wedding. We took almost all of the rooms and the service, breakfasts, help in arranging taxis, was exceptional. The view from the rooftop is fabulous as well! The rooms were very large and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.”
