“The owner was friendly and accommodating! We only stayed one night but the room was clean and there was hot water for showers! It’s writhing walking distance of the boardwalk/restaurants and bars. Lots of cats around which I enjoyed but if you’re allergic, I’d take heed! ”

“Nice stay, excellent location just a block from the pedestrian path which leads to the harborfront. Hot water and a/c worked well, and my bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included, with eggs, fruit, bread, juice and coffee. The dining area is open-air, so insect repellant was a must for me, as I am a bug magnet (san cristobal the buggiest of the three main islands). “This property is a jewel in a small neighborhood only 10 min from the airport. It has very lush gardens and an ultimate location for good relaxation and then commuting to the city at off hours. I didnt have breakfast but assume that it would be nice. Very friendly people and good airport transfer. Highly recommend as it offers great value even though price of a taxi adds to the overall price tag compared to a hotel closer to the historic city. I loved my stay. ”

“This is a beautiful and unique property on a hillside in Guayaquil. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a pool overlooking the city. The rooms and showers are really quirky and spacious. Delicious food is available for lunch and dinner on request. You do need to take a taxi or Uber to other parts of the city because it is isolated from urban neighborhoods. I stayed here for five nights while on a business trip and was so happy to have a tranquil retreat. ”
