“Arrived to an iced lemonade waiting for us by the lovely host. Seemed to be a family owned business. They were very helpful. The property was beautiful and the room was exactly as described. The air conditioning was amazing and kept the room nice and cool. Bathroom was sufficient for what was needed. Personally loved the large bottles of shampoo and body wash. Took advantage of the hammocks. We did not eat breakfast there (available for 5$). We just were not up or up too early for the time frame...

“The place is beautiful with wonderful gardens. The room was clean and just as described! Will stay there again. Would highly recommend it. Close to airport and very relaxing. ”

“Aircondition was leaking water inside in the room, our luggage was soaking wet. We tried to contact the reception but there was no one there. We wrote to the hostel via WhatsApp and called them but no reply. Even now after 24 hours we havnet heard anything. Would not recommend this place. ”

“They did not have my reservation, but then checked me in and said all is well. In the morning they demanded that i cancel the reservation to pay (???), and insisted that i pay cash and declined to give a receipt. Claimed it is electronic, took my email, but never sent me anything.”

“Simplemente el trato que te dan todos los colaboradores es increíble, te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa, es un trato muy cálido, un maravilloso lugar, sin duda si vuelvo a Quito no escogería otro lugar que no fuera este. ”
