“Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.”

“Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.”

“No breakfast. Construction equipment at parking lot. Our room was by an AC unit and wasnt able to sleep because the AC kept turning on every 5 minutes. I set our dirty towels out by our door which I didn't get new clean ones and when I went to the front desk Victoria, gave me an interrogation. We spent several days at the property and staff members were not friendly or attentive. I will not give my business to this hotel again.”

“Room was clean enough. But the entire place is under renovations and that was not mentioned anywhere until we got there. Pool was closed, there were beds strewn about in the hallways, our room door didnt close properly, there were no hooks/ places to hang towels in the bathroom. ”

“Wasn’t able to use the hot tub as the pool was full of people having kids birthday parties and the heater didn’t work in the pool so the kids the hot tub . No big deal but would have enjoyed the hot tub .”

“I stayed for two nights. Was disappointed that we did not get fresh towels and beds were not straightened up after first night. Faucet dropped nonstop in tub. Hot tub very very hot and pool very cold. Staff friendly. No elevator which was difficult for me as a senior. Only had coffee in morning.”

“I liked the pool, but the hot tub is out of commission. There was a lot of wear and tear around the place, but what was there was working as it should. Was a little under supplied on the basics like towels and bedding.”

“I just used this room to take a nap in, I didn’t want to fall asleep driving. & I don’t have my car camping set up ready yet… I was on the first floor, there alone, single woman. I did NOT like the fact that my window was unlocked. This is a huge safety concern in the world we have today, and human trafficking being prominent. The price is unbeatable. “I love staying at the Jasper Hotel. The staff is always helpful and pleasant, the food is good and the rooms are comfy. The room that I was given this last visit had a problem with the TV, so they moved me to another room at no charge. I also asked for a west facing room so I could enjoy the sunset. It's a great hotel!”

“The floor in the room was very dirty. The A/C unit is falling apart. Half the lights didn't work and there was a big hole in the back of the bathroom door. This was our 1st stay and it will be our last.”
