“The property has been under renovations for over 6 months (unknown to me when i made the reservation). No turn down service in the 4 nights I was there (I asked twice). They were obviously short-staffed”

“During check in the reception Carla check us with ease and she was very friendly all the time I was there the staff are wonderful… We booked in at this hotel for 4 days for a graduation ceremony and my staying was peaceful..
