“This property was ideally located. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and the social room was a fun place to play games and do puzzles etc. Overall it was very charming and I would definitely stay there again. Ps- I would also recommend the breakfast basket option for at least one morning, it was a nice touch. ”

“This is a newer place in a done-over bus depot. The staff were communicative over text but this is a place where you don’t really see the staff and you enter the hotel and your room with a code you give you. So, very hands off and was good for our purposes—being left alone and just coming and going as we needed. The place is clean and new, room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again”

Staff when we arrived from valet to the reception to the restaurant were very nice, smiling and pleasant people.
We loved our room, the view!! Loved the shower heads and the smell of your products. Only aspect to improve are the pillows, those we had were not comfortable and it took 3 for my husband to have the good dimension...

Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading.”

“Great location -- a short walk to the train station and to restaurants, shops and galleries and yet it's in a quiet area away from the tourist chaos. Staff was very helpful. The room was nice, the bed comfy, shower good. You can open the window! The delivered continental breakfast was fun to receive each morning. Coffee machine in the room is a nice touch. ”

Colazione a buffet ottima, ma assurdo che il cappuccino o l'espresso non siano inclusi e si debbano pagare a parte. Non vengono fornite bottiglie d'acqua in camera; ci sono delle fontane d'acqua aromatizza nella hall ma ad una certa ora la sera vengono rimosse. The location was in the center of everything.
I wish we had gotten more details ahead of time on a timeline of when we would get check in details and how we had to prepare for checking out.
