To protect our property and respect our neighbors, the following rules are strictly enforced.

### 1. STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE — $1,500 FINE

**SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE PROPERTY.**

This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, and other smoking products.

Smoking violations carry a stated **$1,500 fine**, plus additional costs for odor removal, deep cleaning, or restoration.

### 2. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS — $500 FINE

**PARTIES, EVENTS, CELEBRATIONS, AND UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.**

This applies to the apartment, backyard, parking areas, and surrounding private spaces.

Violations may result in:

- **$500 fine**
- Immediate removal from the property
- Cancellation without a refund, where permitted
- Additional charges for damages or excessive cleaning

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward disruptive gatherings.

### 3. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY — $250 FINE

**DO NOT EXCEED THE PROPERTY'S MAXIMUM ALLOWED GUEST CAPACITY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER.**

Maximum occupancy includes **EVERY INDIVIDUAL PRESENT ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME**, whether staying overnight or visiting temporarily.

This includes:

- Registered guests
- Additional overnight guests
- Friends and family
- Children
- Temporary visitors
- Anyone entering the property

**IMPORTANT:** Additional beds, sofa beds, and air mattresses DO NOT authorize additional guests beyond approved occupancy.

All visitors require prior written approval from the owner.

Exceeding permitted capacity without approval carries a stated **$250 fine** and may result in cancellation or removal.

The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring all guests and visitors comply.

**NO EXCEPTIONS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER.**

### 4. RESPECT THE PROPERTY & FURNISHINGS

Guests must treat furniture, appliances, linens, and amenities with care.

Strictly prohibited:

- Damaging furniture, doors, locks, or appliances
- Breaking or removing fixtures
- Excessively staining bedding, mattresses, towels, or furniture
- Unauthorized alterations
- Illegal activities
- Disturbing neighbors

Guests are responsible for documented damages, missing items, repairs, replacements, and excessive cleaning.

### 5. QUIET HOURS — 11:00 PM TO 7:00 AM

Please respect our neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels.

Loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are prohibited, especially during quiet hours.

### 6. SECURITY & SAFETY

Guests must follow property security protocols.

Exterior security cameras are installed for safety.

Tampering with cameras, locks, or safety devices is prohibited.

### 7. PET POLICY

Pets are welcome, subject to property guidelines and applicable fees.

Guests must clean up after pets and are responsible for any damage caused.

### 8. MINORS

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

### 9. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
