Bellissimo appartamento molto ben posizionato sul Royal Mile. 2 ampie camere da letto, 1 cameretta e ampio soggiorno / cucina che si affaccia sulla strada più storica della Scozia.

Questo imponente appartamento al primo piano è una base perfetta da cui esplorare questa bellissima città di Edimburgo, sia per affari che per piacere. Questo meraviglioso appartamento si trova a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni di Edimburgo, tra cui il Castello di Edimburgo e Holyrood House. È anche a 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria / tram / autobus.

L'appartamento ha un soggiorno / cucina con finestre che si affacciano sulla strada più storica di Edimburgo - The Royal Mile.
Una cucina completa completamente funzionale con tutti gli elettrodomestici è accessibile dal soggiorno.

We spent 4 days in Edinburgh. The apartment is really ok: central location (high street on the royal mile), near to all major old town attractions, pubs and shops nearby aplenty". The new town is also within easy reach. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen provided with all necessary tools for self-catering (although we only prepared breakfast there as we were always touring the town). The bed rooms are in the middle of the apartment and/or facing the rear court of the building, so no noises at all through the night. The front windows are facing the royal mile and you can enjoy the continuos passing by of people, tourists and entertainers on the street. All very scottish! I would suggest the Owner to arrange for someone meeting people on arrival as, being the flat on the second floor, some people might need help in carrying heavy luggages upstairs. I highly recommend this aparment as it is really an ideal point of reference for visiting the capital. Thanks a lot to Mr. Raza for this pleasant stay. P. Bisazza - Genova /Italy

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l'esperienza è stata positiva. L'appartamento è sulla via principale di Edimburgo quindi comoda a tutte le attrazioni, vi è anche molto comodo un piccolo supermarket. Consiglio vivamente per le dimensioni ampie l'unica pecca e che dovevo fare delle scale a chiocciola con il passeggino per il resto consigliatissimo!!!!

From the location, the cleanliness, the communication, and layout of the apartment, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. This was the best location imaginable. Close to train station, bus station, all the restaurants and shops and also where our tour bus picked us up! Excellent spot!The communication with our host was also fantastic! Very responsive with very easy to follow check in procedure. Finally, the layout was perfect for my husband, myself and two adult children. It was so fun to watch the people go by through the huge windows overlooking the Royal Mile. The bedrooms were all toward the back of the apartment which helped with any street noise. And this was by far the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. You seriously can’t go wrong staying here!

Just what we needed! Only challenge you should know about is the winding staircase to access the apartment. About 40 concrete narrow steps with 1 landing. So pack lightly! Excellent host.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the royal mile. We were there for the Fringe Festival and could watch the street performers from our window. Communication was great and the apartment was wonderful.

Very comfortable and well located. Only challenge is the narrow winding staircase and the need to arrange parking if anyone has a car. Once in place, everything the city has to offer is within minutes walk. Property was clean, airy, bright. Thank you!

Had a lovely time during our stay. It is conveniently located on the Royal Mile with 3 bedrooms which was perfect for our needs. The host communicated very well, and the property was just as described. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Edinburgh.

Property was lovely, easy walk to everything. only issue was not knowing about the spiral staircase and only having one key to the property. It can be an issue if everyone isn't going out at the same time, otherwise very pleased.

Old Town is so gorgeous and charming, and this place was a very central, really wonderful homebase for our trip. We adored it! The host was great & very communicative / helpful along the way. Highly recommend!!

Great location right on the Royal Mile. Clear communication and everything we needed. Quiet bedrooms even though the front of the property faced the street. Only drawback was the tight winding staircase, which was ok for us but may not work for some travelers.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. We were there for work that was linked to the fringe festival. The location was perfect for enjoying all the fringe related festivities, sight seeing such as the castle, witches well etc. Amazing restaurants were short walking distances from the the property. The property itself was clean, super cute and charming. We landed very early and were able to drop our luggage off and were even let in earlier then expect. The communication with the owner was great and exceeded all my expectations; incredibly kind, generous and helpful. If I got to Edinburgh again I would stay here and will recommend it to friends/colleagues.
