Benvenuti nella nostra casa a schiera di prima classe con cinque camere da letto nel prestigioso quartiere Hillside di Edimburgo. O come puoi chiamarlo - casa. Lusso con angolo cottura nel cuore della città. Siamo fiduciosi che non esiste un modo migliore per rimanere nella capitale mozzafiato della Scozia.

Top Hat House è un edificio georgiano elencato progettato dal famoso architetto William H Playfair. Abbiamo restaurato con cura questa proprietà per eccellenza di New Town in una casa immacolata da affittare. È una felice miscela di eleganza originale e tutti i comfort della vita moderna.

Volevamo creare molto più di un posto per riposare la testa. Top Hat House è un posto dove puoi vivere e respirare Edimburgo in totale comfort e stile. Con interni divertenti e vivaci e apparecchi all'avanguardia, puoi andare e venire e sempre e solo piacere.

Il salotto: - L'ambientazione perfetta per stare insieme in gruppo o passare la serata con un buon libro. Dettagli deliziosi sono ovunque in questo spazio comune che è inondato di luce naturale dalle sue affascinanti finestre alte. Le viste sui Royal Terrace Gardens sono semplicemente stupende.
La cucina: - è l'ideale per cucinare una tempesta mentre è circondato da una grande compagnia. I servizi includono acqua bollente, macchina da caffè, frigo per bevande, televisione

Memorial golf trip in Scotland, honoring my father.

The lodging was at least as nice as advertised. Location was excellent in city center would definitely consider it again if I were traveling with a group requiring that many bedrooms and staying in Edinburgh.

Gorgeous property in Fabulous Location

The property is even prettier in person! Check in was easy and communication with the owners was very thorough. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of natural light and in a fabulous location.

Stunning, huge, beautiful home

This house leant a real luxury feel to our stay in Edinburgh. Gorgeously appointed, it easily accommodated my family group of 7. Every bedroom has a large bed and en suite bathroom, and most of the bathrooms had heated floors. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Royal Mile, restaurants, and shopping. Loved it.

Edinburgh luxury city break

A beautiful well-appointed house in a great location. Easy to walk around the city from here but bus and tram stops very nearby too. The house is gorgeous and felt like home the moment we arrived.

Wow…Fantastic place!!

This is the Tophat place for a reason. Great location, great spacious house, great hosts. We had 9 of us there for almost a week; youngest was 17 oldest was 80. The five bedrooms each with on-suite bathrooms were tastefully decorated and well appointed. We all felt the hose offered all that we needed for our large family.

Beautiful house, great location

Nine friends from London/Kent/Essex in Edinburgh for a few days to celebrate some milestone birthdays. So impressed with this beautiful house, and it was perfect for our needs. Also a great location, we were able to walk to Arthur's Seat in about 15 mins. Cheap Ubers in and out of the main centre for our nightly escapades.

Wonderful townhouse

A great place for family

We very much enjoyed our stay at Top Hat House. We were a family of 6 adults (3 couples) and one toddler, and the house was perfect for our needs. The layout is excellent, it is well-appointed, and it's in a great location for accessible sight-seeing but is also fairly quiet.

Beautiful Townhouse

This is a gorgeous, well appointed luxury property. There were a few things, like missing or burned out lightbulbs in some of the lamps in the bedrooms. But overall it's a great location and perfect for a large group.

Hillside Crescent

Traveling w a big family is hard. But Hillside Crescent made our trip easy. We rent a lot of homes and I highly recommend this place. It’s location and size are incredible. We loved the short walk over the park to the city center. And everything about it.

Top Hat House Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Top Hat House. We came to Edinburgh to visit our daughter who is getting her masters at the University of Edinburgh and decided to have a large family/friends holiday at the same time. The house was well equipped and easily accommodated 8 adults comfortably. The location was convenient and an easy walk to most tourist sites. There is no shortage of good restaurants nearby and the kitchen was well enough equipped for a large roast dinner we cooked one evening. Could use a few more paper products like paper towels and napkins but that really is nitpicking. Highly recommend!

50th Birthday Celebration

The Top Hat House is in an amazing Georgian tenement building in a lovely part of Edinburgh not too far from Princes Street. The accommodation is spacious, modern and stylish; which meant we could do Edinburgh in style. Perfect to see all the wonderful things that the City of Edinburgh has to offer. Would strongly recommend it!

Exceeded our expectations!

The Top Hat was beautiful! The pictures did not do it justice! We had a group of 10 and the space was perfect! The location was ideal, we had everything we needed. Communication with the host could have been better however Jane indicated some difficulties with the vrbo app. I would highly recommend this property.

Wedding stay

Our family stayed here for our daughters wedding . It was a lovely and spacious home to celebrate the special event. The owner , Jane, was very helpful when we contacted with a couple of queries. Would recommend it for a peaceful and elegant stay in the centre of the city.

Excellent stay

This is a great property: lots of space, great kitchen and a very good location under Carlton Hill. We were also impressed that when we raised a maintenance issue with the owner it was dealt with that day. A small quibble: the Nespresso machine had been replaced with a Lavazo that takes a different and hard to find type of capsule.
