The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to cozy dinners at home. The bathroom features a stunning claw-foot tub, perfect for a luxurious soak in a truly Edinburgh setting.

Guests have access to the full property.

The flat is situated on the top floor without a lift.
The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.

At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.


To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
