Elegant 2BR in Grassmarket | 5-Min Walk to Castle & Royal Mile

This bright, stylish flat is in the best location in Edinburgh- directly in the Old Town, with views of Edinburgh Castle and the entire Grassmarket. Just a few easy steps lead into the building, and once inside, the flat is open, welcoming, and filled with natural light.

The open-plan living area and kitchen is ideal for relaxing or spending time with others. Large windows, comfortable sofas, and thoughtful design create a warm, livable space. There are three OLED 4K TVs with Netflix, a PlayStation 5, board games, books, and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, making it great for families, couples, and remote workers alike.

The two bedrooms feature 300 thread count cotton bedding, extra pillows and blankets, and soft lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and a Samsung washing machine is available in a separate utility space for convenience.

The bathroom includes a full-sized bath, strong-pressure shower, and soft towels for a comfortable, refreshing stay.

You’ll be surrounded by some of Edinburgh’s best pubs, cafés, restaurants, and shops — and just a short walk from the Castle, Royal Mile, museums, and Princes Street Gardens.

A discreet external security camera is installed for guest safety.

I was visiting Scotland for the first time, and I’ve always heard people talk about Edinburgh so I decided to check it out with my brother. We chose to stay at this property due to previous ratings about cleanliness and host responsiveness, and we were not at all disappointed. I wasn’t sure what the “Grassmarket” area was and looked it up online before our visit. I wondered if perhaps the property would be too noisy, but it was the complete opposite. It is nestled right in the heart of action and ongoings, yet was incredibly peaceful, quiet and comfortable. This property is located within walking distance to numerous shops, eateries and sites (like Edinburgh Castle, churches/cathedrals, unique pubs, etc.) The train station was a ten minute walk. The property itself had all the amenities we needed and was very cozy. It was incredibly clean and the description was 100% accurate. The property host/owner was highly responsive… even when I had questions only a tourist would ask :-) I would absolutely stay at this property again, and sincerely appreciate how clean and comfortable it was, along with the friendliness of the host. Es war toll. Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Edinburgh. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch ein Supermarkt, Bankautomat und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Check in ist einfach mit Keybox. Der Vermieter James war super nett und hat prompt auf Fragen geantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Wohnung auch wieder buchen.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Grassmarket is an amazing place. You are literally right across the street from wonderful restaurants and shops. It’s a fantastic city and many places are very walkable from this apartment. Check in was easy (once I found the place to get key…but that’s a “me” problem). Kitchen is fully equipped. Has a refrigerator and a freezer. Bedrooms are comfortable. Bathroom is TINY. You just have to get used to it. WiFi worked well. There is a washer in the apartment that I used. Along with drying racks. James, the property manager was great with his communication. Quick with responses. We would 100% stay at this property again. Loved it!

University Graduation Week

We chose this location for its proximity to the University and all the sites of the city - perfect location and the perfect place for us to land for five days. It allowed us to be together and to have space to relax. Loved it here - what a find!
