This light and spacious apartment, with lift service, is situated on the 2nd floor of the building and offers wonderful views over middle Meadow Walk to a group of Georgian buildings with Salisbury Crags in the distance. The master bedroom has a peaceful ambience and is furnished with zip and link beds which can be arranged as a super king or twins on request, a third pull out bed suitable for a child is also available and there is excellent built in cupboard space provided. A beautiful designer en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, w.c and wash hand basin adds to the superior level of comfort.

The second bedroom is also generously proportioned and has a king-size bed and plenty of storage space.

A second good sized bathroom also offers a bath with shower over, lots of mirrored cupboards and a wash hand basin and WC.

Laundry facilities are provided in a utility cupboard in the hallway which houses a washer-dryer and iron and ironing board.

The apartment has one designated parking space and there is supplementary parking for a second car available at NCP

Exterior

Due to the rules of the factors of this building, we are not permitted to have a key safe at this property. We therefore use a nearby Key Nest facility for the key collection. As a result, it is very important that you let us know how you are travelling to Edinburgh, and your expected time of arrival, so we can choose the most convenient place for you to pick up the keys. The options are Waverley train station, Ibis Hotel Hunter Square or U-Save convenience store on Lothian Road. You will be sent a Key Nest code 48 hours prior to your arrival which you will need to quote to the member of staff at the Key Nest facility to obtain the keys.
