1) The bathroom floors and tub had an extremely slippery residue.
2) There were very noisy guests above our room.”

“Unfortunately I was charged TWICE on the WRONG card and charged a late checkout fee, which I asked to be removed for the inconvenience of being double charged on the wrong card and was DENIED that request. Then when I called to ask for additional towels the first time the office lady did bring them to my room right away. The second night I asked for additional towels I had to go down and get them myself from the office.”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste.
Colazione inclusa sufficiente.
Letti molto comodi.
A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda.
