(Nota: affitta da sabato a sabato durante la tarda primavera, estate e subito dopo l'estate) e (abbiamo una politica di rimborso ma la nostra non si adatta alle scelte VRBO presenti.     3 BR, 3. 5 bagni al piano principale con camera familiare e camino, sala da pranzo, cucina, lavanderia e ingresso a secco.

    4 Br, 2 Ba al piano superiore con zona soggiorno separata e ampio prendisole.
    Ogni camera ha un tocco di design con mobili tropicale e l'arredamento. Viste spettacolari vi aspettano sul ponte livello superiore dove si può prendere il sole e catturare le brezze estive più fresche. Superiore e camere da letto matrimoniali inferiore e saloni di livello superiore e inferiore. Zona superiore può essere chiuso fuori dalla zona più bassa per la privacy e adulti intrattenere con bambini piccoli che dorme al piano di sopra o di sotto.

    Appena fuori il soggiorno è una grande veranda protetta con vista mare per leggere un libro, rilassarsi con amici e familiari o gustare il pranzo al tavolo da pranzo esterno. Che un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e godersi la riconnessione con la famiglia e gli amici.

    Sotto casa è una grande doccia chiusa, un sacco di spazio per il parcheggio, parcheggio in barca, griglia a carbone all'aperto con area di intrattenimento, e ingresso a secco.
    Super per grigliate, gamberetti bolle, skateboard, e divertimento in famiglia! Questa struttura sulla spiaggia impressionante ha un giardino paesaggistico tropicale ed è situato in un tranquillo cul-de-sac, con basso rumore del traffico.

    Il servizio di pulizia fornisce un ambiente pulito partenza PIENA permettendo di godere la vostra vacanza fino all'ultimo secondo! Raccogliete la famiglia e gli amici e sperimentare Edisto in questo spazioso ambiente tropicale pochi secondi a mare!

Cousin gathering

House met all our needs for our 3 generations. Great view from top deck, lots of room to spread out or gather together. Very easy access to beach, groceries and local restaurants. We loved it!

Relaxing and Family Time

Sea view is all it says it is! My family of 10 had plenty of private bedrooms and bathrooms to go around and steps from the beach. Very private dead end street and hardly no pass thru traffic. Just a few blocks from the grocery store and shops and the scenic bike path around the island. Highly recommend the Sea View and will go back again.

Great house for large family!

This is a great house for a large group. Close to the beach and on a very nice, quiet street. Holds lots of people and the reality company is great to work with- they respond quickly when needed. I totally recommend this house for a beach rental.

This lovely home was very comfortable for our group of 8 ladies. A hard crowd to completely please. But we were very happy with our stay, enjoyed cooking in the the well supplied kitchen. We would rent again.

Wonderful week with friends and family at a beautiful home.

The house was beautiful, comfortable and functional. We had a large group with three generations that spanned from a two-year-old to a couple of boomers and everyone had a great time. When we checked in one of the beds was broken and the maintenance people came right out and fixed it. We would definitely book this property again for a large group.

Just Perfect

Everything about the house and property exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing, the kitchen and dining area was perfect for all of us (6 adults and 5 children). And we could have easily fit more!!

We had a wonderful time at Sea View with our family. There was plenty of room for everyone. I think our only problem was that the freezer was very hard to open and close. We would consider staying there again.

Sea View in October

My family spent a week here. The house layout was fantastic! Really nice to have two living room areas on separate floors. We took a few specialty kitchen items like pizza pan and muffin tin but otherwise kitchen was well stocked. Very nice screened porch. Nice sized bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

It was unfortunate that we had to leave Edisto on day 2 of our long-planned family vacation because of severe weather conditions. The house was fine and accomodated our large family.

Seaview was perfect for our large family and very accommodating, allowing ample room for our 9 guests with opportunities in multiple areas to relax during their stay. The home was very convenient to all areas of the island and took advantage of this. The Edisto Beach Vacation Rentals team provided tips on activities and provided concise instructions for our stay. Christmas family time at Edisto.

Our family enjoyed our Christmas weekend together. Lots of room, well stocked kitchen. Bring your own paper products, blankets (if it's during the colder months). Eat at Whaley's, an Edisto institution. There were 9 of us and 2 dogs. Plenty of space for all....

Great house and great location with short walk to the beach.

Loved our stay at Sea View. The seven bedrooms provided plenty of room for everyone and the great room was spacious enough for watching TV and sitting around and talking. Loved the screened in porch. Did not use the sun deck on the second floor since it was extremely hot during our stay. Would recommend this house for any large family.

Very clean and space was great for visiting and eating together.

4 families and they each enjoyed having their own bathroom and did not have to share. The upper deck had a great view of the ocean and was a wonderful relaxing time with a glass of wine and nice breeze blowing. Kitchen space was great with 3 females working at one time. lol Great memories and relaxing time.

A great place to spend a week at the beach !

This is the best beach house ! It took 2 minutes to walk over to the beach . Big enough for the whole family with a beautiful ocean view! The kitchen is equipped with everything one we needed including a big pot for the shrimp boil . We had plenty of room to park all of the cars and the golf cart . The outside shower came in handy to rinse off sandy feet We will try to book again next year !! Thank you so much !!

Birthday 🥳 Trip

No Sheets on beds after I paid for them. Then she gets back to me saying she couldn't find payment So please keep check on that..... They didnt even have toilet paper or soap in the restrooms so bring your own. We had to go out to buy it......... Wish they had some type of entertainment like a pool table or video games upstairs. But over all we enjoy the trip......

President's Day weekend

The place was nice; however, paper products were in very short supply. The freezer part of the refrigerator was stuck, meaning it was impossible, at times, to open. The ice maker was working too well. A maintenance person did come out to fix the problem, but it arose again the next day.

Great open spaces. Beds not very comfortable—-especially king bed. Great screened in porch and deck for watching ocean. Bathrooms were clean but coffee maker was very dirty and required our cleaning it thoroughly before use. Ice maker on fridge not working & maintenance failed to repair even though they said they did. House could use some better maintenance but overall a great place. Contact person about issues we had was very nice, quick to respond, & very easy to work with.

Great location, nice house

If you rent this house, be sure you check your emails. They do not communicate via VRBO. Huge mix-up because I was checking VRBO and not my emails. Also, be sure you read that all linens (sheets and towels) are an additional cost. Really felt for the cost of the stay and the cleaning fee, linens should have been included. However, once there all was good. Beds are a little squeaky and uncomfortable. Dining room table is sticky with something on it. But overall we had a great stay and had fun!

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our time here very much. Some things need updated ex. the kitchen table is in rough shape. But overall would stay here again nice large house with so much space!!! Nice views of the ocean from the decks and a couple of the bedrooms.

Wonderful home for a large family getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at this large 7 bedroom home, just one block from the ocean. There is plenty to do in the area, for sure! We were busy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, cycling, playing tennis, and taking long walks on the beach. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac which made it even more quaint, away from the traffic which was super for the dogs. We definitely recommend Edisto Beach for a family vacation. I would try to book this particular home again if I decide to visit this beach again!

Worked well for our family

My brother and his family as well as my family stayed here as part of a larger family reunion a block away. The house worked well for our large group.
