The back door opens to sweeping marsh views and a shared dock on Frampton Creek, perfect for kayaking, fishing, crabbing, or spotting dolphins as they glide by.
The front entrance leads you to the sounds of the ocean, with a winding scenic walk past lagoons to the secluded shores of Edingsville Beach, known for its excellent shelling, surf fishing, and peaceful ambiance.
Late afternoons are best spent on the front porch, where you can watch exotic birds soaring over the marsh and take in the incredible natural beauty of Edisto's coastline.

Cowpens POA Regulations: Guests may not bring or rent golf carts. Access to Edingsville Beach (less than one-mile) is pedestrian- or bike-only. Vehicle access through Jeremy Cay is not permitted. Violation of POA rules may result in immediate removal without refund

Lights Out for Loggerheads: No front porch lights from April through October. Bright lights can disorient nesting sea turtles swim from the coast of Africa to lay their eggs on our peaceful Edingsville Beach.
