Nestled on a beautifully wooded corner lot with stately old live oaks surrounding you, this charming beach cottage offers direct and easy access to the sandy shores of Dorothy St. With no steps to climb, this single-level home is ideal for families and friends looking to relax and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.



    Inside, you'll find a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area that serves as the heart of the home, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms and two baths, ensuring ample space for everyone. A unique heated and cooled second living area provides a cozy nook for reading or watching TV, complete with a privacy screen and double bed for added comfort.



    Step outside to enjoy one of several covered outdoor living areas or the inviting screened porch, where you can sip your morning coffee while soaking in the natural surroundings. The property also boasts easy back-in parking for your boat and vehicle, making it a breeze to explore the nearby marina and boat ramps.

We had a wonderful experience at Mossy Oaks Cottage! This space was perfect for all of us. It's a small and cozy space, yet we never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of seating and kitchen space. Kitchen was fully equipped. We made every meal at the house no problem. Our two dogs were grateful for the dog door to enjoy access to the fully contained deck with a fenced potty area. The house was easily accessible for our 80 year old grandparents who traveled with us (minimal and sturdy stairs). The access to the beach was an easy walk(quick drive for my grandparents). Close by, there was a beach access where you are able to park your vehicle and we could take our own chairs and gear down in the morning rather than walking/hauling it all down in a sweaty mess. Easy walking access to the beach with no stairs and the one we drove my grandparents to had a solid pathway/mat for them to walk safely and easy to experience the beach without wading through too much sand. We absolutely loved our stay and experience and plan to return!
