Palmetto Blvd just steps from the beach !

Beach access directly across the street!
Large family room with high ceilings lined with sliding glass doors looking out to partial ocean views leading out to front screened in porch with large front deck. Enjoy sounds of the ocean waves while sitting in the rocking chairs, porch swing or picnic table. Open front deck also includes a table and 4 chairs with an umbrella. Other side has two chairs, table and room for tanning if you’d like! Living room has large flat screen smart tv, 2 couches, 2 loveseats, credenza supplied with children’s activity books, coloring books, crayons, puzzles and TONS of games for everyone!

Living room open to dining table (seats 6) and kitchen with large island (seats 4). Fully equipped kitchen has pantry and large baking rack to store all your snacks, drinks and food! Both Keurig and regular coffee machine available. There is also a secluded back deck off the kitchen with gas grill, outdoor seating and string lighting above perfect for a relaxing night. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms are on one side of the house with the other two bedrooms and shared hallway bathroom on the other.

Downstairs amenities include a semi private outdoor shower (with hot water), table with sink for fish cleaning, ping pong table, corn hole boards, ring toss game, 2 hammocks, rocking chairs, picnic table and 2 bars with seating with additional string lighting.

House is located on corner lot with plenty of parking for cars and boats!! Only minutes from most restaurants, grocery store, golf course and marina!

Children’s pack and play and high chair available upon request.

Edisto Beach is the perfect place for your next vacation! Historic Charleston is only an hours drive away! Bring a boat and enjoy the local creeks, rivers and the intracoastal waterway, local fishing, plenty of dolphin watching and some of the most beautiful sunsets! Bring your golf clubs for a round of golf just 2 minutes from the house. There are plenty of deer that you may see in the evenings as they travel all around the island. During the summer months, enjoy the ice cream truck that drives right by the house!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful beach house. The location is fantastic, right across from a beach access. The home itself is updated with modern amenities and beautifully decorated inside and out. This location was exactly what we were looking for in a beach house and we would love to come back.

Communications from vrbo were timely and accurate. Check in was a breeze. The house is set up nicely with split bedrooms and a huge comfortable great room. The kitchen is very nice and equipped with everything our group of “foodies” needed. There are three lovely decks and loads of parking underneath for cars and beach stuff. The homeowner responded immediately to a couple of text questions and was very personable. We had a great vacation and plan to go again. Edisto is our favorite beach and access from “Hang It Up” is about a 3 minute walk.

The property was beautiful and in close proximity to the beach. It was big enough for our group of 11! It was in a great location! It was clean and organized. It had all the necessities. Great Home & nice location

House is just across the street from the beach access, and has a large open concept living area. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Dale, the owner, was very responsive to any of my questions and fixed a few issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend this home for a nice vacation spot.

Family Vacation 2024

This property is beautiful! Everything you need is there - just bring linens/towels, family & food! Fantastic location with beach access #18 right across the street! Corner lot with lots of parking! We loved the games inside & outside - ping-pong, cornhole and tons of board games! Loved the inside set-up with two king beds ocean side & two back bedrooms (bunk bedroom and queen bed w/bathroom. We had three families stay (my husband & I), oldest son, wife & two kids and youngest son, wife & baby. Open concept, living, dining & kitchen - lots of space & seating! Host was fabulous with information, use of highchair & pack-n-play! We made great family memories and would definitely stay again!

Great beach vacation

The house was so beautiful, comfortable and very clean! It was so relaxing and we had such a great space to all gather together! It was a perfect location & so close to the beach. We loved spending time outside on the porch and playing the games provided! We had to provide our own linens. This was the only frustrating thing because when we called the linen rental company in that area they didn't have any available to rent. We had to call another rental place & discovered that the rental would have cost our large family about $300 to rent all the linens needed to be comfortable. We decided to bring our own, but also had to buy some at Walmart to have enough for everyone. It was a hassle to do all the calling around, go shopping for linens, packing it all with us, and then taking it home to wash. Other than the linen rental, the stay was amazing and we had a fantastic time!

Nice house

Nice house, great location with games inside and out. Lots of space. Didn’t come with sheets and towels and only found out through message from management, but rental company was offered. We brought our own. Would stay here again.

Great open house! Well stocked and everything easy to use. Great bedrooms and beautiful back porch. We enjoyed that very much. Only setback was the grill did not heat up at all. Needs attention. Other than that excellent house and happy stay.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our trip and stay! The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach. The kids loved having a ping pong table to use, and there was plenty of space for a large group. Would definitely go back!

Great house - better location

Had a group of family for our vacation and we all loved this house. Plenty of room inside as well as porch space outside. Also, plenty of room underneath for corn hole, ping pong and with the hammocks. Location to the beach was awesome. Literally a 20 second walk to the beach access. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Edisto.

Great beach house

We had three couples stay for a getaway weekend and this was the perfect house for us. Located across the street from the beach. The house is very spacious with a fabulous screened in porch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails!
