A little disappointed

The house was old. It really needs some renevating. The rooms and bathrooms were smaller than expected. The location was great! The dock and screened porch was great!

The house was great, the septic backed up and wouldn’t drain off, it pooled up at the bottom of the steps so we had to move some stepping stones to prevent from walking in the septic water. The yard smelled like sewage all weekend because of this problem, we tried 4 different times to call the rental office and the emergency maintenance line but couldn’t get anyone to answer so we had to just deal with it

Beautiful property

The location was great and the house was beautiful. The dishes needed rewashed and the bathroom was not cleaned. Would also have veen nice to have a dryer that worked. Check those things when you stay. I would come back knowing these things were fixed.
