There are two sofa beds downstairs to maximize space for your group. The privacy of Edisto Beach is unparalleled. We were surprised to find out it was a duplex and not an entire house. There were also a few broken things throughout the house (the toilet handle in the downstairs bathroom, the microwave handle in the kitchen). But the view was indeed stunning and the beach was very nice and quiet!
