Secluded Beachwalk House - Great Layout for Families and Groups! Pet Friendly.

Chaika House was made for families and friends who want to enjoy a coastal getaway. Each wing has two bedrooms and a full bath, providing some separation if two families are sharing the space. The central part of the house features an open plan with a large kitchen (remodeled in 2021), dining area, and living room, so no one is excluded. A sliding door extends that space to a glassed-in porch. The Live Oak in the front provides a lovely and secluded view out the porch windows.
The house has no immediate neighbors and the Live Oak that gives it a secluded feel, but is only a 7-minute walk to the ocean. There is a open field next to the house that frequently is visited by deer. We keep it amply, but simply furnished to keep it comfortable, affordable, and a cottage feel.
We just listed on VRBO in 2021, so not many reviews here. We have over 100 reviews the other major platform with over 4.9 average and have qualified as SuperHosts for several years. You can rent with confidence!
Due to our need to keep full occupancy in the peak season, we had to choose the "firm" cancellation policy. However, our practice is to be flexible. If we are able to replace a canceled booking for the same amount, we will happily refund the full amount.
Our local host makes sure the house is sanitized, tidy, and ready for each guest. In order to keep prices down, we do not charge for an extensive clean, but assume each guest will leave the house in good shape upon departure. There is a departure checklist on the refrigerator. Chaika takes the approach of house sharing, not a hotel or resort.
