The worst vrbo ever...the stuff of nightmares
At first glance, the property was charming. The proximity to the beach is convenient, involving a short walk across the main road and then a couple of small side streets. Thats about it for positive comments. The kitchen had filth on every wall, counter, fixture and cabinet. The drawer of potholders was full of disgusting grime and food crust. The toaster was full of crumbs and residue. The cooking sheets were all stained with sticky greasy film. The living area was relatively clean, but the remotes were coated in dirt and there were roaches. The master bedroom, there were dust bunnies clinging to the fronts of the mirror and the artwork. The air vent above the bed had a ring of black mold in the ceiling and the vent slots were clogged with black grunge. There were crumbs of this on top of the bedspread. The side of the boxspring had dark reddish brown stains dripping down. In the loft area, things took a turn for the worse. One bed was fine. There was a pullout couch, which was completely inoperable due to a badly bent frame. We could not use the couch. The slipcover was filthy and the couch underneath looked like it came out of a frat house. The daybed sagged badly. The pullout mattress beneath was heavily stained with a variety of spots-all shapes, sizes and colors. The vent directly next to the daybed was caked with black grime. One blanket had reddish brown crusty stains that appeared to be blood. Another blanket had a live insect in it. Everything filthy/broken.
