  • Make yourself at home in this brilliant 4 bedroom , pet friendly (with small pet fee) Edisto Beach retreat. Everything you need in a home away from home . Well stocked with linens included. With 1 king bed in master bedroom, 1 full bed and twin daybed in bedroom 2, and twin bunks along with a single bed in bedroom 3. Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed decorated in a coastal theme. This home has a phenomenal space for guests to relax with lower level screened porch, outdoor shower, and fenced back yard. Enjoy an updated hvac unit , 2 full baths with tub/ shower, and hair dryers, towels and linens provided. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located on main floor of then home with start up laundry supplies provided. A short 2 minute walk to direct beach access # 12 and complimentary use of beach wagon .We think our place will help you experience everything Edisto Beach has to offer. Minimum age for rentals of this property is 25 (you may be asked to verify age of renter) and absolutely no adult renting under age guests. Absolutely NO SMOKING!

Great place to stay!!

Just a short walk to the beach, this was a great place to stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place on Edisto Island.

The house was very nice and a great location. The golf cart was a huge bonus for getting my 80 yr old mother to and from around the island. The house was stocked with linens and towels and that was a nice perk. Host was very responsive to messages. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

The property is ideally located on Edisto Island, close and convenient to state park, shops, etc. The rooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this location again. Also, the added golf cart was a plus.

We had a very nice week in this lovely home. We highly recommend and we hope to stay there in the future. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you for an enjoyable stay at our favorite beach!

This home was beautiful, clean, and dog friendly! It is the perfect home away from home. The beach is very near and we enjoyed riding in the golf cart. Andrea is a perfect host and she responded quickly to my questions. She also gave us great suggestions on where to eat and what to do. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Only Young Once in Edisto Beach! The house was clean and comfortable, and the provided golf cart made getting to the beach (and hauling our gear) super easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Edisto Beach House

We love Edisto and had a great stay, loved the house. Andrea was a great host and communicated throughout the stay. The location was perfect and an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The back yard is fenced which was easy to let our dog out We would love to stay again

Excellent location! The house was well stocked and very clean! The fenced in backyard was a plus for our dogs! Andrea, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful! Just the best ever! We will be returning again soon!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us!!

The house was immaculate, clean and very comfortable. And pet friendly! The location was central to everywhere and the added bonus of the golf cart made riding around the island that much more fun.The hostess was amazing, providing some tips on places to go and things to do and also checking to make sure everything was good during our visit. 100% recommend!!

This house is more beautiful in person. Clean & with a fresh smell. The host is great, no problem with communication. I actually got to bring my fur baby with me this time to the beach. She loved it! Got here some extra exercise with the steps lol. If looking for a nice quiet relaxing vacation this is the place. Friendly neighbors & great restaurants & shops.
