If coastal adventure is what you are after, there is no better place to call home than Luna Sea! Featuring wonderful views of the creek and the Atlantic Ocean, you will have no trouble slipping right into relaxation mode in no time as you sip a cup of coffee or evening glass of wine on the deck. Each day can be spent kayaking, fishing, and boating in the inlet, as you will have a private dock at your fingertips. Plus, you can easily walk and bike throughout this safe neighborhood all the way to the nearby state park! Don't forget to take advantage of the outdoor shower, Ping-Pong table, and shaded seating areas under the deck when you return from the beach. When you find yourself having a bit of downtime, the whole gang will love the soaring ceilings, living room fireplace, shiplap accents, brand new paint, and beautiful furnishings that set this home apart. Everyone can gather in the living area as the sun goes down or retreat to one of the four bedrooms to get some privacy. The primary suite is on the lower floor, featuring an attached bath, and the other three bedrooms are on the second floor.

Viasat satellite internet is provided for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a long walking pier along with a large, private floating dock in about five feet of water at low tide. Guests may bring their boats, but they must also provide their own ropes and equipment. Jet Skis are prohibited.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • A very early morning outing at Botany Bay on Edisto Island. I had to start from my hotel at 3 AM to make it to this location before dawn. Botany Bay Plantation is a nature preserve and has regulated visitor hours. Gates open 30 minutes before sunrise - I wish they'd open a little sooner as the golden hour is pretty much more than half way done by the time one can make it to the beach. Nevertheless, it's a great location to visit at sunrise, especially if there are high clouds to add drama. Recommended to visit when the tide is ebbing as you then get the shadows of the trees, which to my eyes add more depth to the image. On this day, there was a bank of low clouds that prevented too much color but it was a great sunrise to witness nonetheless. The trees have so much character and add so much to the image. It's hard to look at the remnants of these trees and not imagine the onslaught they've withstood at the hands of mother nature. #WeekendGetAwayForTheFamily #colorful #USA #weekend #treetrove #blue

Wonderful home with plenty of space for a large family to spread out. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was lovely. The view from the porch was spectacular! My family is already looking forward to a return trip to Luna Sea!
