The breakfast, bikes, s’mores kit, beach chairs and umbrella included makes this place a place I’d highly recommend. The property does not have a designated area for pets to relief is the only thing needs improvements. ”

“Everything about our experience was perfect! Check in was a breeze with just my ID to match the reservation. Jim at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He explained all of the amenities from the buffet style breakfast, ice machines available for use, how to access the pool, and all the things. We accessed our room easily and never had a wait for an elevator. Once in the room we were quite pleased that the accommodations actually matched the listing. The room was spotless, the layout...

Our favorite was the local ice cream shop across the street. My small family really enjoyed our stay @ The Phoenix All Suites West. Our condo was perfect and of course the best view in town was from our balcony. ”

“This property was perfect for our stay in Gulf Shores. Great view from the fourth floor. The only problem we had was one night there was strong wind and it caused the trash chute to vibrate so loud that I had to sleep with my noise cancelling headphones on. It just affects the back bedroom that has a shared wall with the garbage chute. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay.”

“Several things need to be fixed, satellite didn’t work. Another family was able to gain access to our condo on the last night. Never got a resolution from management about that other than it was going to higher management. Certainly didn’t feel safe so not much sleep was had except for the kids. ”

“I stay here everytime I go to the beach mostly in the off season. Staff is always friendly rooms are nice typical hotel style room. Breakfast in the morning is nice but if you are one building you'll have to walk a short distance to the other building but has a good choice for a quick bite.”
