ALL DECKED OUT è una confortevole casa vacanza con 3 camere da letto che può ospitare fino a 10 persone. Vicino al parco giochi con una breve passeggiata per la strada principale e il molo.

Cucina con forno a microonde, frigorifero / congelatore, congelatore extra per il pescato del giorno! Sala da pranzo a pianta aperta con ventilatore a soffitto e condizionatore a sistema split a ciclo inverso, porte scorrevoli che si aprono su un'area coperta sotto copertura con cornice esterna e barbecue a gas. Salotto con TV, DVD e Play Station per i bambini. Ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere. Camera da letto 1 - letto matrimoniale, camera da letto 2 - letto matrimoniale più letto a castello, camera da letto 3 - Tri-Bunk (doppio sul fondo, singolo in alto) più letto singolo.

ORA CON WIFI INTERNET E FOXTEL !! Per farti divertire quando il tempo è brutto e non puoi andare a pescare!

Lavanderia con lavatrice. Cortile chiuso, struttura per la pulizia del pesce coperta, parcheggio coperto per 2 auto e molto spazio per la vostra barca. Boaties dovrà portare il proprio tubo per lavare i motori dell'imbarcazione.

Cuscini e spesse coperte di visone sono dotate di coperte di ricambio disponibili, dovrai portare la tua biancheria - federe, lenzuola sopra / sotto, asciugamani / tappetino da bagno e strofinacci.

Our daughter loved the holiday house. She did not want to leave. The backyard was spacious and well looked after. The bathroom roof and the leather seat could do with touch ups and re-upholstering. Edithburgh is a great location on the Yorke Peninsula.

We were very happy with the property especially the patio which accommodated the 5 of us easily. Comfortable beds, great shower. Plenty of room. Close to town.

Property was in very poor repair and dirty. Whole place was smelly and electrical appliances were dangerous myself and my husband were burnt by the kettle as it was falling apart so we had to purchase our own. Air con was not working properly in 35 degree heat. Would never recommend this place to anyone. It has a bad reputation in the town after speaking to locals.

Excellent secure yard, family and pet friendly. Well set up fish cleaning station. But overall cleanliness of the house was poor found our selfs cleaning and re cleaning stuff from the previous occupants.dirty cups dirty plates and cutlery etc. House was poor inside. Could of done with a deep clean of house and dishes to be done properly not just stacked away.

The house had everything we needed for our stay, it was comfortable clean and tidy, one problem was a few wine stains in the carpets that could be steam cleaned out before rented to the next lot of visitors, overall not to bad for the price

Upon opening the front door the smell was the first thing I noticed. I suspect it's the years of grime build up on the carpet or possibly the mould in the freezer the lounges and ottoman were soiled and after moving the lounge to a more suitable location for our stay the area under the lounge was disgusting and then I moved a cushion to find someones half eaten snack should be able to expect more.

We enjoyed a relaxing few nights away at All Decked Out. The house was neat and comfortable, and the large yard well suited for our energetic dog. Edithburgh is quiet and great for some simple fun with kids.

Property and location good. Very dark inside needs better lighting. Both remotes for the TV and air conditioner needed new batteries. The key holder was too hard for us to open the agent had to come out. Eventually he got it opened and gave us the key. What we noted when leaving was that the clip the key should sit on was broken so the key just dropped into the container. The next person is going to have the same problem trying to access the key.;

Loved our stay at all decked out. The property had everything we needed. Kids loved exploring the back yard. The house needed a good dust and to get rid of spiderwebs. Found a big black spider in the bed my daughter was sleeping in. Pillow protectors were filthy and mink blankets needed to be washed. Found other human hair all over the bedding. Gardner access the property without notification and left a mess behind. Edithburg was a lovely town to visit. Great pub meals.
